AI helps juniors (and everyone else) ship faster, but blind copy/paste slows long-term growth. If you skip understanding, you only postpone failure to production or interviews.

Use AI for planning, option analysis, boilerplate and quick prototypes. Keep core logic, tradeoffs, and edge-case handling as your job. The goal is leverage, not dependency.
